Please park to the left or the right of the front entrance.

• Absolutely NO parking is permitted directly in front of the facility please as this causes congestion and does not give visitors safe distance to enter and exit our facility.
• If you need assistance from your car please call the farm from your cell phone 613-923-5357 we will be more than happy to help and will assist you.

 When submitting a Booking via online, email or calling in availability, please make sure you receive a confirmation from us before bringing in your pet. 
Often times the farm is fully booked and some pets go onto our waiting list or we have to decline a booking.

• After your initial request, If you decide not to check your email or wait for a call back for a booking confirmation, you run the risk of being turned away at the farm because we could be full and do not have space for your pet.                                                                                                         

  You will always receive one of three emails : A Booking Confirmation, Waiting list  or Declined.

• A booking confirmation email confirms your booking request and guarantees your spot.
• A waiting list email is to let you know we currently do not have space but will contact you if space becomes available. 
• A declined booking email will let you know we do not have room for your specific request and feel free to pick another date.

Please Leash your pet at the farm.

• For the safety of your pet and other customers and pets please leash coming and going from the farm.  

The flower Garden

• We ask you to refrain from letting your pet enter the garden area.
• we ask that you do not let your pet urinate on the garden plants as this will decreased the life of them and even kill them.

We thank you all so much for your patronage & dedication to your pets mental and physical wellbeing, we love seeing each and every pet spring thru the doors here at the farm.

During the provincewide emergency, our facility remains open! As an Essential Service, our Facility remain open to continue providing our Exceptional Dog Daycare and Boarding services.

Our Facility continues to implement up-to-date disinfecting, PPE, and safety precautions to continue keeping our clients, staff, and community safe during pet care visits.

As a locally-owned small business, we are grateful to our clients and our community for your ongoing support during these challenging times.
