    Pet Registration At Apple Ridge Farm
    Please Answer these questions about your pet at the best of your ability :

    Apple Ridge Farm requires proof of the following UTD vaccination for care : 
    ​Rabies, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza, Bordetella, Distemper 
    ​    Leptospirosis is not required but it is recommended.
    We request all pets be:
    • Up to date with DPP, Rabies and Bordetella.
    • Spay or nurtured by age 9months.
    • Sociable and has not harmed or shown threatening behaviours towards any person or any other dog. (more info in waiver)

Once you have registered you will be contacted via email by one of our farm team members for a trial VIP Doggie Daycare assessment.
​Please allow up to 72 hrs.

When the registration requirements have been met, you will have the opportunity to book
your pets doggie daycare or Boarding at Apple Ridge Farm with our easy and convenient 
online pet parent portal booking service 24/7.

​Please preview our ARF Boarding and Daycare waiver / Agreement in button below, No need to fill it out as an electronic signature with this document will be required after registration and kept on file with our system.
